The office of the Clerk of District Court is located in the Madison County Annex building on the second floor of the building.

Use of the Public Computer is on a first come first served basis. The computer is located in the hallway inside the Clerk's office.

The public may now search our computer data base for records at the link below. If you wish to look at the documents within a certain case you will still need to either come to the public computer, located at our office, or you can call/email or write and request them be emailed or printed for the mandated fees per MCA 25-1-201.

ATTORNEYS: Per Local Court Rule 3.1 - All cases shall be filed using e-filing unless specifically exempted. MARRIAGE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ISSUED ON MONDAYS.
Marriage License Applications are accepted Tuesday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. Please have your marriage license application filled-out prior to arriving at the courthouse.  See link on left for form to fill-out and print.
