Madison County Nursing Homes Foundation
We support both of the Nursing Homes
The Madison County Nursing Homes Foundation solicits funds through gifts, grants, fund-raisers, and memberships to enhance and perpetuate health care within the Madison Valley Manor and the Tobacco Root Mountains Care Center facilities. All funds raised will be used to expand health care resources through cost effective purchases, education and technology as deemed necessary for the well being of both care facilities. It is the desire to promote holistic and tranquil relationships of prevention, treating and healing to ensure the care, comfort, and confidence of the present residents as well as those in the future. Funds accepted with special designation will be used in such a manner as stipulated by the donor. Funds not designated will be shared equitably between both facilities. Madison County Nursing Homes offer 2 convenient facilities to serve your family’s requirements for loving, personal care for your loved ones.

A planned gift is any charitable donation that considers the donor’s personal tax, financial or estate planning circumstances. Planned gifts can be a simple donation or as sophisticated as a charitable trust. We are a 5013C Non-profit organization and we can accept cash or checks, stocks, bonds, CDs, real estate/property, collectibles such as art work coins or stamps, life insurance policies and annuities, mutual fund shares, bequests of gifts by will, revocable trusts - living trusts, etc..
In the past the charitable contributions have allowed us to purchase electric beds for both facilities, 40 dining room chairs for Madison Valley Manor, bariatric bed for both facilities, exercise equipment, Wanderguard Door System and much more! Currently we are working on providing computers (with internet access, thanks to 3 Rivers) for both facilities so that people from across the nation can Skype or send pictures to the residents. We are also looking towards contributing to a new bus for Tobacco Root Mountains Care Center, portable carts, and a blanket warmer. Each year the two facilities present us with a “wish list” and we try to prioritize and help in every way that we can to enhance the lives of the residents and the people that work there.
- Tobacco Root Mountains Care Center - A newly remodeled and rebuilt skilled nursing and rehabilitation care center located in the heart of the Ruby Valley.
- Madison Valley Manor - A 38 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the trout fishing town of Ennis.
