NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On Thursday, November 9, 2017, the Madison County Commissioners will host a public hearing at 6:00
PM in the Montana Room at the Twin  Bridges  High School at 216 West 5th Street in Twin Bridges.
The purpose of the hearing is to obtain public comments regarding a Master Plan for the Madison
County Fair Grounds in Twin Bridges. At the public hearing, representatives of Great West
Engineering will give a review of project activities and describe capital improvements proposed for
the  Fair  Grounds. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to ask questions and to
express their opinions.
Madison County will make reasonable accommodation for any known disability that may interfere with
a person's ability to participate in this public hearing. Persons needing an accommodation must
notify the Madison County Commissioners at (406) 843-4277 no later than November 2, 2017 , to allow
adequate time to make needed  arrangements.
